Colt Ventilation East Asia team expands

Colt Ventilation East Asia has appointed a new Regional Operations Manager, Mr Antony Rajan Selvaraj, to further develop the company’s operational efficiency and support the team in grasping the opportunities for growth that the South East Asia region presents by providing effective, quality products and services to customers.

Mr Rajan Selvaraj will liaise with the Colt Group’s manufacturing, research and design teams to support the team’s business development activities in the region. He is also tasked with streamlining Colt South East Asia’s operational procedures to maximise efficiency and effectiveness, and introduce efficient project management guidelines.

This will ensure the Colt team’s ability to meet the specific requirements of customers in South East Asia in terms of product specifications and performance, system design, production quality and lead times, as well as efficient and trouble free project delivery. He will also implement standard policies across the region’s distribution to help Colt’s partners in the individual markets deliver consistently high levels of support to customers.

Mr Rajan Selvaraj brings to his role over 10 years of experience in fire protection and climate control systems. Over the years he has served as Project Manager on both local and international projects and, for the past five years, he has worked alongside Project Managers and Technical Managers as Assistant Operations Manager leading a large team.
